At Michino USA Inc., we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- All tags and dust bags must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Please note: Final sale items, personalized items, and items purchased at a discount are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@michinoparis.com with your order number and reason for return, if any. We will respond with instructions on how to return your item.
Return shipping label will be provided by our customer success team.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your purchase for a full refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, the process time of the refund may vary depending on your bank.
